MOODY
Mary L. (nee Hughes), age 77 years, resident of Abbotsford, passed away suddenly on Monday, September 24, 2007 at the MSA Hospital. Mary was predeceased by her husband Derek. Mum will be missed by her loving family; daughters Debbie (Luciano), Pam (Mark); and her 3 grandchildren Brad, Gillian and Kyle. She was a loving wife, mother, and Nana. She was so proud of her grandchildren. Mary’s passion was her oil painting. Her talents grew over the years, as a member of the “Brushettes”. The painting ladies were among her closest friends. She loved gardening, especially her rose garden that was enjoyed by many, including the many assortment of birds that gathered outside her kitchen window.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 28, 2007 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd. Burial of Cremated Remains will be held at a later date at Riverside Cemetery, Etobicoke, Ontario. If friends so desire, donations may be made to World Vision.
