Martha Schulz (nee Thiessen). Born at Herbert, Sask. August 14, 1913 called home to be with the Lord November 25, 2003 at Menno Hospital, Abbotsford, B.C. at the age of 90 years. Predeceased by her husband Deidrich D. Schulz, step-son Edwin Schulz, step-son-in-law Edgar Jost, step-daughters-in-law, Elvira and Grace.
Martha is survived by her loving family, son; Douglas (Annie) Schulz of Vineland, Ontario and their 3 children, Heidi, David and Timothy, step-children Esther (Milton) Ewert, Three Hills, AB, Irwin (Margaret) Schulz, Abbotsford, B.C., Lillian Jost, Abbotsford, B.C., Olga (John) Forth, London, ON, Dorothy (Metro) Panchuk, Calgary, AB, Myrtle (Paul) Engelman, Mesa, AZ, daughter-in-law Yolanda Schulz, Abbotsford, B.C. 20 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-granchildren, also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Viewing will be held from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 28, 2003 at Sevenoaks Alliance Church, 2575 Gladwin Road, Abbotsford, B.C. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Cremation to follow at Wiebe & Jeske Crematorium, Abbotsford, B.C. If desired, memorial donations in lieu of flowers to The Gideons, gratefully appreciated.
