It is with sadness that we mourn the passing of Marie Giesbrecht. She left to be with her Lord and Saviour Friday, February 21, 2020 in the Abbotsford Regional Hospital. She is survived by her loving husband Bill Giesbrecht, sher ister Helen Esau, her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Marie was born in Saskatchewan in 1932 and her family moved to BC in 1947. She met her husband Bill Giesbrecht in 1955 and married the same year.
She had a strong love of family, spinning, weaving, quilting and reading. She will be greatly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren and great grandsons.
The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, March 5th at 1:30 pm at Bakerview Church with reception to follow.
