With the peace in knowing she is free and in the presence of her Lord, we announce the sudden passing of our treasured mom on March 25, 2022.
A first generation Canadian, Marianne was born in Abbotsford on March 8, 1960.
Her two daughters were her everything and she felt blessed to be a full time mom, enjoying her relationships with them into their adulthood.
Friends and strangers alike were drawn to her warm nature, leading to engaging conversations everywhere she went.
She faced all of life's challenges, including her diagnosis of primary progressive MS, with quiet resilience, a humble strength and fierce determination.
After suffering a silent heart attack, she spent her last few days receiving amazing care in the ICU; however her loving heart had given all it could.
She is predeceased by her parents, Peter & Helen and her eldest brother Pete.
She will be lovingly remembered by daughters Nicole & Kathleen, and her brother Fred (Lana) along with their 3 children and families.
