JOHNSON – Marguerite Elizabeth Johnson (nee Koch) moved from the Linden Nursing Home to her mansion in Heaven on April 19, 2008. She was born in 1929, in Three Hills, AB.
Marguerite was predeceased by her father Emanuel Koch, her mother Madalene, her stepmother Christina, her brothers Gerald and Denzil, her sister Geraldine, her youngest son Daryl, and her husband Milton.
Marguerite graduated from Prairie Bible Institute in 1951. She married her husband Milton in June 1949. Together they started their full time work in the ministry, in Hearts Hill, Saskatchewan, followed by Fort St. John, B.C. They were missionaries for a short time in Beleem, Brazil, then on to serving churches in Marwayne, North Battleford, Medicine Hat, Abbotsford, Calgary, AB, and Dryden, ON before retiring in 1992. While serving in Abbotsford and Dryden mom worked in the Christian schools. Mom courageously battled the Parkinson Disease for over 25 years.
She is survived by her sister Ruby, brothers Leslie and Don, and five sons: Byron (Betty), Garry (Marilyn) Abbotsford, B.C, Wes (Deb) Chilliwack, B.C, Dale (Lorraine) Linden, and Duane (Erminda) Three Hills. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at Linden Mennonite Brethren Church with interment in Three Hills Cemetery. Arrangements in care of SUNSET FUNERAL SERVICE, Linden, AB 403-546-3903.
