Margaret
Margaret Enns Neufeldt of Abbotsford, a pioneer settler of Yarrow and wife of the late music educator in the Fraser Valley, Henry P. Neufeldt, passed away peacefully on July 13 at the Menno Hospital at age 94. She emigrated from Russia in 1926. In Canada she was predeceased by her parents, Henry Enns and Margaretha Klippenstein Enns, her husband Henry of 70 years, her sister Helen and her brother Jacob.
She is survived by 7 children: Victor (Audrey), Victoria; Lora (Roland), Chilliwack; Leonard (Mera), Gig Harbor, Washington; Wally (Shirley), Atlanta, Georgia; Ronald (Elvera), Calgary, Alberta; Al (Patricia), Sisters, Oregon; Carol, Berlin, Germany; 15 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Mon. July 18, 2005 at 7:30-9:00 pm at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd. A private family Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, July 19 at 10:30? am. from Maclure Road Cemetery. A Memorial Service will follow at 2:00 pm. at the Ross Road Community Church, 3160 Ross Road, Aldergrove, BC. In lieu of flowers, donations to the M.C.C. or The Mennonite Historical Society of BC would be appreciated. Woodlawn Funeral Home has been entrusted with the Arrangements.
