BRACKETT; Margaret Mary (Langtry). It is with deep sadness that the family of Margaret Mary (Langtry) Brackett would like to inform all who knew and loved her of her passing on Saturday, July 19, 2014 and made her journey back to her Lord. Margaret had a brain tumour removed on May 6th but suffered various complications in the months that followed. Margaret was well loved by all her co-workers at UFV, friends and family because of her kind smile and genuine personality. She was predeceased by her parents Henry and Eileen Langtry and brother Marshall. She is survived by her husband Dennis, children Rae-Ann, John (Rachel and grandson Ethan) and Rebekah, siblings Noela (widow), Chuck (Faye), George (Betty), Joan (Arnold), and numerous nephews and nieces whom she adored. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26 at 1:00 pm at the LDS Church, 30635 Blueridge Dr., Abbotsford. Instead of flowers, donations can be made to the University of the Fraser Valley scholarship fund.
