On Tuesday, October 26, 2021, Madalene Stanley, loving mother and grandmother, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 72.
Madalene was born on March 16, 1949, in Assiniboia Saskatchewan to Nick and Eva Stratulat.
In 1964 she moved from Saskatchewan to B.C. where she graduated from Aldergrove Secondary School.
On July 8, 1967, she married Gordon Rai Stanley. They raised five children together, Melody, Amanda, Stephen, Laura and Raymond.
Madalene had a love for God, and others, that was admired not only by friends and family, but all those who came into her life. Her beautiful, loving spirit will be deeply missed by all those who knew her.
Madalene was preceded in death by her father Nick and her mother Eva.
She is survived by her children Melody, Amanda, Stephen, Laura and Raymond and her grandchildren Jordon, Kassidy, Grace, Vincent, Sarah, Nickolas, Anna and Emma, her brothers Pete, Nelson, Eli, Percy and Wilson and her sisters Flora and Rosalie and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, Nov 6, 2021. There is limited capacity at the service due to Covid, and therefore the service can be attended through live streaming at https://www.legacystreaming.com/alternatives/
