Her family sadly announces her passing on Oct. 2, 2004 in Chilliwack Hospital.
Lory was born Aug. 31, 1925 in Herbert, Sask. She will be revered and greatly missed by her family, sons: Gerald, Edwin and Larry; grandchildren: Lisa Wonghen and husband Tony; Tracy, Aaron, Nathan, Brittany and James; great grandchildren: Seth and Nora Wonghen; sisters: Lydia Reimer, Lena Dueck, Elsie Peters and Winnifred Dueck; brothers: Henry and Victor Pauls.
Lory was predeceased by husband Aron Parents; Henry and Anna Pauls, sister: Ann Dirksen and brothers Jake and Dan.
The family wish to extend sincere thanks to all the staff at the Extended are Unit in Chilliwack Hospital for their compassion and care during her lengthy residence.
A memorial service will be held Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, 2:00 pm at Glad Tidings Church, 46641 Chilliwack Central Rd., Chilliwack, BC.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
