BROOKS, Lindsay. April 30, 1937 - Aug 7, 2011. After a one and a half year long illness, Lindsay passed away peacefully to be with his Lord.
Lindsay is survived by his loving wife Diane, his children Paul and Rhoda and their mother Dorothy, his stepchildren Stephanie and Eric, and his six grandchildren. He is also survived by his stepmother Margaret and his siblings: Colin, Russell, and Margaret, in Scotland. Those who met Lindsay - whether through business, church, community or missions - recognized his deep love for the Lord and for others. He touched the lives of many people with his generosity and caring spirit.
A Memorial Service in celebration of Lindsay's life will be held Tuesday, August 16, 2011, at 2:30 pm at Heritage Alliance Church, 3440 Mount Lehman Road, Abbotsford , BC. A private family interment will be held at Enterprise Cemetery in Ferndale, WA. Arrangements under the care of Sig's Funeral Services 360-656-5459.
