Lillian Mary Clarke peacefully passed away into the presence of her Lord on November 21, 2005 at the age of 91. She was born on September 6, 1914 in Granum, AB.
She will be deeply missed by her loving family; son Larry of Langley and Linda Van Leeuwen-Merritt and husband Tom of Abbotsford, 4 grandchildren Tricia (Kevin) Munshaw, Sean Clarke (Joanna Redfern), Lisa Van Leeuwen, Nicki (Patrick) Ellis, and 7 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Gordon and son-in-law Jack Van Leeuwen.
“Grammy” had a great love for her family. She had an abiding faith and trust in God. Her many stories of traveling with Gordon and their experiences will be missed, remembered and repeated.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, November 25 at 1:00 pm at St. Ann’s Parish, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford. Interment will be at Hazelwood Cemetery.
