Letisha Chiana Reimer late of Abbotsford, BC passed away on November 1, 2016 at age 13 years. She is survived by her mom and dad, Eliane & Ulrich, with sister, Taya, and brother, Xander; Klara & Alvin Hiebert (grandparents), Helmut & Anni Reimer (grandparents), Daryl Hiebert (aunt), Rheanna Hiebert (niece), Tasha Hiebert (aunt), Garry & Alice Reimer (aunt & uncle) and Timothy Reimer (uncle). Letisha was a student at Abby Senior at the time of death. Letisha was a member of Girls Club, Kid Quest, Youth & Serve. Letisha was born in Richmond on December 12, 2002, 28 minutes after midnight. She was a happy energetic young child that would always make you smile. She came across as timid and quiet which later changed to the exact opposite. Letisha grew up to be a beautiful young lady who was an active participant, not only in her home church, but also in the broader community. Her smile and joyful personality brought a ray of sunshine into the lives of all around her. Letisha loved sushi, animals, camping, her youth group, swimming and hiking. She was athletic and loved being outdoors and hanging out in her family “bubble.” She hated homework and spiders. There is so much about her life that is worthy of remembrance and reflection. It is our hope that in the days to come the darkness of the tragic events of November 1 would be overwhelmed by the celebration of Letisha’s life and the God she placed all of her hope in. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 2:00 pm from Central Heights Church, 1661 McCallum Road, Abbotsford.
