With family at her side and with calm assurance, Lena entered the presence of her Lord and Savior, on Sunday evening at 5:30. Although we, her three children, Jan, Rod and Pam, eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, will never be the same without her, she is finally, Home.
In Mom's last days, she was often heard to say, to doctors and nurses, "The most important thing to me is that all of my family know the Lord. That they follow Him".
