Layla Jean Locke. August 27, 1983 - April 29, 2014. Layla went to be with her Lord on April 29, 2014 at the age of 30 years. She is survived by her loving family: her soul mate Caleb MacArthur, her parents Derek and Cindy Locke, brother Justin (Racheal), niece Avery, her Gramma Helen Herman, and also by her lifelong best friend Stephanie Siemens and many relatives and good friends. Layla's passions in life included fast pitch softball in sports, being a paramedic professionally, and spending time with her family and friends. She had a big smile and a personality that you instantly fell in love with. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held on Tuesday, May 6th at 2:00 pm. in Olivet Church, 2630 Langdon Street, Abbotsford, BC.
