1942 - 2010
A longtime resident of Abbotsford and formerly of Cornwall, Ont. peacefully left us on June 10, 2010 with his family by his side after a short battle with cancer. Loving and missing him are his wife and best friend of 44 years Norma, son Paul, daughter Angela, son-in-law Shawn as well as a granddaughter Jenna.
"The Big Guy" will be dearly missed by his many friends, family and his brothers, but his legacy is forever. Lawrence lived life to the fullest and will be remembered for his passion for cheese making, his love of fishing, hunting, his sense of humor and his dedication to his family and friends.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Thursday, June 17, 2010 at St. Ann's Parish, 33333 Mayfair Ave., Abbotsford. The family request that in lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, BC Div. or to the Terry Fox Foundation in Lawrence's name.
