Kenichi (Ken) passed away peacefully December 25, 2003 at the age of 83. He will be greatly mised and forever loved by his wife of 53 years, Fumiye, son George (Sunok Kim) and daughter Reiko Cheryl.
He is survived by brothers Hiroshie (Ruth), Takeo, sisters Masaye (Kunio) Yoshizawa, Fusae Nishimura, nieces Lynn (Greg) Smith, Toshi (Kelvin) Dyck, nephew Arni (Marsha) Honkawa, numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 9, 2004 at Valley View Memorial Gardens, 1460 - 72nd Avenue, Surrey, B.C. at 2:00 p.m., Reverend Tatsuya Aoki officiating assisted by Oral Fujikawa. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of B.C. and Yukon or Fraser Valley Buddhist Temple.
