TURNER, Karen Sue
Today we announce the death on Sunday, January 16, 2010 of our beloved wife, mother, sister in the Lord and friend, Karen Sue Turner. Karen is survived by husband David, daughters Rachel Burg of Beaverton,Oregon, Emily Bush and her husband, James, step-sons, Daniel, Mark and Samuel Turner, all of Abbotsford, B.C., her brother, Del and sister-in-law, Dawn of Colorado Springs, Co., and many friends, nephews, nieces, cousins, aunts and uncles throughout the United States. Karen was born in Ponoma, California on March 7, 1959. Karen was an excellent wife, a mother who home schooled her two daughters, a nurse, having worked in California, Oregon and Washington State. She immigrated to British Columbia to be married in 2005. During her time here she has had some serious health challenges and her passing was not unexpected. She faced the end with peace and courage, showing herself to be truly, a Godly woman. She will be sadly missed. There will be a memorial gathering for family friends and neighbours in her home at 31950 Bench Ave., Mission, B.C. on Saturday, January 23rd at 3:00 p.m.
