It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Karen after a short but brave battle with cancer. She passed away January 8, with her loving husband by her side, at Abbotsford Regional Hospital and Cancer Centre. As well as husband Gerald, Karen is survived by son Johnathon, daughter Jessica (Derek), son Matthew; grandchildren Nathanial, Felix, Maynard, and Maddasyn; mother Sheila (Jim), sister Cathleen, brothers Bill (Lori) and Andrew (Tammy) and other family and friends. A wonderful, positive woman, Karen will be deeply missed by many. A celebration of her life will be held Monday, January 21 at 2 pm at Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road, Abbotsford.
