Joyce Kathleen Mahy (Moran)

February 29, 1928 - August 1, 2019
Joyce was born in Mt. Lehman and was predeceased by Jimmy and her six siblings. She leaves behind her two daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Joyce began her teaching profession in a one room school in Peardonville and went on to have a long and distinguished teaching and administrative career. When Joyce retired she spent more time with her grandchildren, traveling with Jimmy and contributing to her community and church in Mt. Lehman. We will forever miss her kind and smiling demeanor and her desire for doing good and bringing out the best in those she touched.
Service to be held 11:00 am, Saturday, September 14, Mt. Lehman United Church, and a Celebration Reception, 12:00 - 2:00 pm at the Mt. Lehman Community Hall.
