Joyce Isabel Graham, born April 27, 1952 in Gaspereaux, PEI, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 14, 2003. She was at her home in London and surrounded by family. Daughter of Bertha & William Graham, sister to Jean Llewellyn, Anna Campbell, Bruce Graham, Doreen Holman, Jamie Graham and Robert Graham and predeceased Lorraine Heyman.
Joyce spent her adult life in B.C. and had a full career with the RCMP, culminating in her receiving the Golden Jubilee award in 2002.
A Memorial Service will be held in Vancouver at a later date and in lieu of flowers, donations to the local Humane Society would be appreciated.
