January 16, 1921 - October 5, 2021
Josephine passed in her 100th year October 5, 2021. Jo was born January 16, 1921. Her father and mother Louis and Victorian Carrat raised Josephine and her brothers and sister on their homestead in
McConnel Creek Mission BC.
Josephine loved to keep current in the news as well as her love for sports her Blue Jays as well as her favourite Canucks team, Jeopardy could never be missed she loved Alex Trebek, and was interested in who would take his place.
She married Ray Alain in 1942 and they had two daughters Sheran MacLaren and Bonnie Jackson.
Josephine was predeceased by her husband Ray and eldest daughter Sheran. She leaves behind her daughter Bonnie her grandchildren; Tina, Ray, Felicia, Carole, Valerie, David and Julie and great grandkids.
Josephine was happy full of life and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her including many nieces and nephews who always phoned and visited with her. She was described as easy to know and easy to love. I love you mom.
Services will be held next spring hopefully May 21, 2022 at 11am.
