John was born January 4th, 1964 at Surrey Memorial Hospital, BC and passed away April 12th, 2019 at Abbotsford Hospice, BC.
He is predeceased by parents Henry and Elsie Brook and survived by girlfriend Tammy Strohhacker, son Patrick Grinder, son Shelby-Michael Brook, daughter Victoria Grinder, brother William Brook, and extended family.
A Celebration of Life will be held for family and friends on Sunday, April 28th, 2019. For further details please contact John's family. In lieu of flowers family is asking for a small donation please.
