Grotenhuis; John Adolph. John passed away on March 21, 2013 with his wife Shelley and children Lisa, John and Don by his side. John will also be missed by his son-in-law Jared; grandkids Samantha, Travis and Bryce; his parents John and Willy; brothers Neil (Holly) and Everett (Dorothy); sister Betty (Jeff); sister-in-law Carolyn; his nieces, nephews; and all those whose lives he touched. The family would like to thank the nurses on the Palliative Care Ward for their excellent care and compassion during his last weeks.
A celebration of his life will take place on Thursday, March 28 at 1:30pm at Cascade Community Church, 35190 Delair Road, Abbotsford. All are welcome. The family also asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Abbotsford Hospice Society- Building Holmberg House
