John Samuel, born Aug.3, 1917, Abbotsford, B.C. passed away at Mission Memorial Hospital June 29, 2004.
A spirited lumberman and Fraser Valley pioneer. Predeceased by wife Dorothy and special companion Florence Smith.
Survived by son Robert. John will be missed every day by his adoring Barbie, Barrie and family. God-daughter Joanne Anderson of Kitimat; Ray and Margeret Nohr and family.
His loyal Whonnock Thursday morning coffee pals will keep a seat for him always.
