John Adams was born on May 28, 1939 to Cecil (Pete) and Irene Adams in New Denver, BC and fell asleep very peacefully and quietly surrounded by family at 6:45 pm on Saturday, June 7, 2014. He leaves to mourn his wife Irene, son Bradley (Zina), daughters Kimberly and April, 5 grandchildren, one sister Alice Belanger, 5 brothers-in-law, 4 sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews and many good friends and co-workers. He was well loved. A memorial service will be held at the Church of God in Christ, 29623 Downes Road, Abbotsford on Saturday, June 21 at 2:00 pm. Everyone is welcome ~ bring your memories of John. A very big thank you to all the staff and volunteers at Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission where he spent the last 3 weeks of his life.
