It is with great sadness that the family of Leslie Joseph Zahorejko (Joey) announces his sudden passing on Thursday, January 9th, 2020.
Joey will be forever remembered and deeply missed by his spouse Dawne Nichols, 3 stepchildren Justina, Tyler, Zachary, granddaughter Kaidence, mother Jean Zahorejko, 7 siblings, 14 nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.
Joey will always be remembered for his playful, charismatic spirit. His mischievous sense of adventure and his infectious laughter. He was a real kid at heart and a down to earth, loyal, intentional friend.
There will be a Memorial Service held in his honor on Saturday, February 15th, 2020 at 1 pm at the Fraser River Funeral Home, 2061 Riverside Rd., Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, please forward any donations to the Abbotsford Youth Commission. https://www.abbyyouth.com
