September 29, 1980 - August 28, 2021
Joey was born September 29, 1980, in Queen Charlotte City. He was an answer to many prayers, and we were blessed to have him in our lives for 40 years.
He stood out in our family of 6 sisters and was known and loved by many. He grew up on Powerhouse Road in the Sumas Prairie and he later called Yarrow his home.
He worked for Farm Fed for most of his adult life and was a loved member of Chilliwack Central Community Church.
Through the winters Joey spent a lot of time scorekeeping at the rink and in the summers, baseball filled his evenings. He loved his nephew and nieces and they made him very proud.
He knew a lot of people and touched a lot of lives as is evidenced by all the stories people have so generously shared over the last weeks. His loss will be felt by many friends, cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, sisters, brother in laws and parents.
Joey is now in the arms of his heavenly Father along with his Mom Shirley, brother Robert, and niece Jillian. We are so thankful for the comfort we have knowing that all the days ordained for Joey were written in God's book before one of them came to be.
