JESSIE MARIE SIVERSON

Jessie Marie Siverson passed away peacefully on January 15, 2004 at Arbutus Care Home in Vancouver. Marie was born on January 26, 1918 in Cabri, Saskatchewan.

Predeceased by her husband of 47 years Conrad Laurence in October of 1987.

She leaves Sharon Bouhir (Larry) of Kamloops, Carol Macmillan (Rob) of Tucson, Arizona and one son David Siverson of London, England. Marie has five grandchildren; Laureen Ferns (Joseph), Rochelle Campbell (Chris), Danette Douglas (James), Todd and Tara and two great-grandchildren Jack and Tess. She is also survived by her sister Margaret Wallbank and brothers Walter and Raymond Johnston. Marie lived in Mission most of her life. She was a volunteer with Mission Ladies Hospital Auxillery for many years and a member of the local artist association. Marie was very creative and loved crocheting, knitting and oil painting. She enjoyed helping others to learn crafts and helped in the senior centers teaching others the things she loved.

She will be missed by family and friends. A private family service will be held. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation can be made in her memory.
