Jessie Jean
Jean Lightburn (nee Hodgkinson) who was born in Dolphin, Manitoba, August 19, 1920, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 23, 2005.
Jean who was the second child of Arthur and Ethel Hodgkinson, moved to Mission with her family in 1929, and was the last living sibling. Jean was J.W. (Bill) Lightburn’s second wife and predeceased her by 5-1/2 years. Jean is survived by her step children and grandchildren, Ted Lightburn and Joan (Wally) Koop; 3 grandchildren, Heather (Rick) Guard, Susan (Ken) MacAndrew and Ken (Amber) Richter; 9 great grandchildren; many nephews and nieces of which include Dennis and Donald Hammer of Mission and Karen Brown of Abbotsford.
Joan, Wally and Dennis would like to thank all staff and volunteer workers at Pleasant View for their loving care of Jean.
