CAMERON, Jean Loretta

1931 ~ 2010

Jean Loretta Cameron of Kamloops passed away on November 10, 2010 at 79 years of age. Jean is survived by her loving husband Roy Cameron; children Bruce (Penny) Cameron of LadySmith, Betty Ann Coldwell of Clinton, Ian (Carol) Cameron of Walhachin & Rod Cameron of Abbotsford; grandchildren Donnie Coldwell of Ponoka Alberta, Jesse Jefferson of Quesnel; sisters and brothers, Marj Zimmerlee, Roy Grinder, Kenny Grinder and Bernice Grinder (nee Ward). Jean is predeceased by her father Henry Grinder; mother, Annie Higginbotton; brothers Floyd, Ralph and Howard; sisters Dolly Zimmerlee and Viva Park. Jean passed way suddenly at the Royal Inland Hospital with her family at her side. Jean and Roy were married in Kamloops in 1951. The couple lived in Clinton for a few years, then moved on to live in various parts of BC where Roy worked in Road Construction. They settled in Kamloops for the past 10 years. Jean will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. A Memorial Service will take place at 1:00pm on Friday November 19, 2010 at the Clinton Memorial Hall followed by inurnment at the New Clinton Cemetery. Special thanks to Dr.Michaud and the staff of the Renal Unit. Memorial Donations in the memory of Jean can be made to the Royal Inland Hospital Renal Unit.
