Jan Willem "Bill" Kampman

Jan Willem (Bill) Kampman of Abbotsford, BC passed away to be with the Lord on February 9, 2020 at the age of 85 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Corrie, and his seven children: Allen (Cindy), Tom, Helena (Ron), June (John), Doug (Wannetta), Christina (Jason), and William (Janice); 28 grandchildren and their spouses, and 33 great-grandchildren; as well as three brothers and four sisters, numerous brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
Bill dearly loved the Lord, his wife and children, and life on the farm. He was a great example of faith, hard work, and commitment to family. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Bill's life was held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 1:30 pm at Trinity Christian Reformed Church in Abbotsford, with Pastors Andrew Van der Leek and Rudy Ouwehand officiating. Interment was held at Hazelwood cemetery.
