Jan H. (John), late of Abbotsford, BC, passed into the presence of his Lord on Sept. 28, 2007, at Ebenezer Home. He is survived by seven children: John and Margaret Wikkerink, Martin and Glenda Wikkerink, Jenny Dejong, Gary and Kathy Wikkerink, Bill Wikkerink, Wilma Wikkerink, Andy and Betty-Ann Wikkerink; 19 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three brothers and one sister in the Netherlands and extended family. Jan was preÂdeceased by his wife Gerrie of 55 years on Aug. 8, 2007, his son Henry in 2003 and son-in-law George Dejong Aug. 2, 2007.
Viewing will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd., Abbotsford, Oct. 2, 7-9 pm. Burial is at 12:30 pm, Oct. 3 at Hazelwood Cemetery followÂed by a memorial service at Living Hope Christian Reformed Church, 34631 Old Clayburn Rd., Abbotsford. In lieu of Âflowers donations would be gratefully accepted for Ebenezer Home.
