James William Jeffery, aged 83 years, passed away peacefully in his home, with his family by his side on March 6, 2014. Survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Alison; daughters, Debbie (Allan) Schmidt and Cathy (Gord) Jeffery; sons, Bill (Dianne) Jeffery, Jim Jeffery, and David (Elaine) Jeffery; 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren as well as many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A celebration of Jim's long and happy life will be held at North Fraser Fire Hall #1, 8840 Rowan (corner of Lougheed Hwy and Rowan), Nicomen Island on Sunday, March 16 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Terry Fox Foundation.
