EATON James Douglas
Born in Vancouver, B.C. July 4th, 1941. Passed away Sunday June 14th, 2009 at Christine Morrison Hospice after a brave battle with ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease). He was predeceased by his father Bill Eaton. He is survived by his wife Sylvia of 43 years, 2 children Craig Eaton (Marlene), Pamela Wahoski (Steve), 2 grandchildren Brittney & Jeremy, mother Florence Eaton, 1 sister Barbara, 2 brothers Gary & Roger, nieces, nephews and many friends especially Nelson Carr who was a great comfort to him. He spent his youth in Whonnock, B.C. He spent his life in logging and trucking. His family wishes to thank the Fraser Health homecare and the excellent care of the nurses at Christine Morrison Hospice. Respecting his wishes, there will be no funeral or service, but will be having an Open House on July 4th, 2009 from 1 – 4 pm. Please call 604-826-6420 for directions.
