Jadon was born on October 27, 1999 at the MSA Hospital in Abbotsford, welcomed by his parents, Amanda Dignard and Chad Stewart. In October 2004, he and his sister Erica were adopted by Howie and Tanya Thiessen. Jadon attended Ten Broeck Elementary, Howe Middle, Mouat and Bakerview School.
Jadon was a passionate person who loved high-quality shoes, designer clothes, and expensive cars. Over the years, he also enjoyed skateboarding, paintball, mountain biking, parkour and MMA.
Jadon was very hospitable. He loved having as many friends over as possible! He was also compassionate and valued justice. He always reminded others to help the homeless and be generous to those less fortunate. He was a loyal friend and devoted brother to Erica.
Last November, Jadon experienced an unintentional drug overdose, which left him with nerve pain and a damaged leg. After a month in hospital and two months in drug rehab, he returned home to his family for two precious months.
On November 2, Jadon went to Emergency and was diagnosed with a lung infection. After choosing not to stay in hospital, he returned home to his apartment. Jadon died of a drug overdose in his home, in the early morning of November 3, 2020 in his home. He will live forever in our hearts.
