Snyder, Ivy E. passed into the presence of her Lord on Saturday, August 27, 2005 at the Lions Gate Hospital in her 90th year. She was predeceased by her first husband Herbert H. Janson in 1971, her 2 brothers, 4 sisters and her second husband E. Clare Snyder on December 12, 2004. Ivy will be lovingly remembered by her family; 2 sisters: Doris Goshulak and Bernice Dahlstrom; 4 daughters: Carmen (Steve) Weden, Lois (Leonard) Hammond, Beverley Krieger, Althea (Gary) Strudwick; 10 grandchildren: Erin, Chad, Clay, Cheryl (Ken), Robin (Don), Kevin (Pauline), Garth (Kenna), Kurt (Jacinda), Cameron and Scott; 4 great grandchildren: Garrett, Otto, Logan and Shekinah; also many nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 2, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. from Valley View Memorial Gardens, 14644 72nd Ave. Surrey, BC, followed by a Celebration Of Her Life at 7:00 pm in Abbotsford Baptist Church, 33651 Busby Road, Abbotsford, BC. If friends desire, donations may be made in her memory to Canadian Sunday School Mission, TEAM Mission to Columbia or Canadian Baptist Seminary.
