September 25, 1922 - January 29, 2019
Irma Siemens was born September 25, 1922 in Slavgarod, Russia. When she was 4 years old she immigrated to Manitoba. She moved to Yarrow when she was 7 years old, accepted Jesus as her Saviour at 13 years old, baptized at 20 years old, and married Pete Unger at 21 years old.
She will be missed by her three children: Genevieve (Gene), Dolores (Lou Long) and Jim, 9 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, as well as extended family members and friends.
She is currently singing harmony in Heaven's Choir with loved ones who preceded her there.
Her family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at Holmberg House, her home care nurses and the many loving volunteers who filled her last days on earth with peace and joy.
A Celebration of Life will be held at her home church Central Heights.
