Born in Vancouver, Ione married Owen Bradwell in 1947. They moved to Alberta in 1949 where they raised 3 daughters. They moved to North Vancouver in 1969 and then to Abbotsford in 1975. Ione enjoyed curling, dancing, and shopping. Ione was an avid walker, walking the
10km Stanley Park seawall until she was 90. In 2013 she moved to Cedarbrooke (Mission) and in 2018 to the Menno Home E2. Her family will be forever grateful for the compassionate care she received there. Ione is predeceased by her parents, husband Owen, brother Del & son-in-law Kim. She is survived by daughters Diane (Neil); Linda & Heather (Les); 7 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren & 1 great-great-grandson as well as many extended family members.
