BACON Ida. The mind was willing but the body was not. We sadly report the passing of Ida Linea Bacon, born Dec. 30, 1918 in Sprauge, Manitoba. Raising her brothers and sisters she went onto marrying Reid and moving to BC. They had 55 years together raising their 3 children Reid, Cam and Terry, granddaughter Niki and greatgrandson Dominic. Many happy years were spent traveling with Eastern Star, Jobes Daughters, square dancing, line dancing, bridge, gambling and rockhounding which took her all over the world. All that met her loved her and her loving happy personality will be sorely missed by all. Survived by brothers Adolf, Roger sisters Anna, Delsie many nieces and nephews and countless friends. The world is not as bright as it once was, a shining light has burned out. There is never enough time with the ones we love.
