October 18, 1923 - August 27, 2021
Our beloved Mother, Oma, Great Oma and Great-Great Oma passed away peacefully to be with the Lord on August 27th, 2021 at the age of 97 at Manoah Manor in Langley, BC. She was born on October 18th, 1923 in Jakarta, Indonesia.
She is survived by Shirl, Richard (Els), Annette, Eugene (Mary Anne), John, Jeff (Yvonne), Pieter, Irene, Jacqueline (Paul), Genevieve, 37 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and extended family.
Predeceased by husbands Gerrit and Len, son Ferdinand, granddaughter Monique and brother Ferdinand.
A special thank you to the Manoah staff for their compassionate care and support during the last years of our mother's life.
Funeral service was held Friday, September 3rd, 2021 at the Abbotsford Canadian Reformed Church, 33947 King Road, Abbotsford BC followed by Interment at Hatzic Cemetery, 34867 Cemetery Avenue, Mission BC.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Manoah Manor.
