WEBER, Hermann 1934-2009
We will dearly miss our husband, father, and grandfather. Hermann passed away into the presence of his Lord on July 24th, 2009. He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 51 years, Hilma; children Mariana (Craig)Stevens, Ursula (Mike) Ettinger, Gerardo (Rose) Weber, and Reinhold (Claudia) Weber; grandchildren Nathan, Dennis (Taryn), Dana-Rae, Jolene, Adelina, Maximilian, and Scott. Hermann is predeceased by his parents Hermann and Klara Weber and his sister Rosa Marie Weber. A visitation (viewing) will be held on Friday, July 31st, 2009 at 9:00am at Eben-Ezer Mennonite Church, 2051 Windsor Street, Abbotsford. The graveside service will be held at 10:00am, and church service celebrating the life of Hermann will commence at 11:00am at Eben-Ezer. The Weber family expresses their most sincere gratitude to the Vancouver Fire Department (Station 5) and BC Ambulance Service for their heroic efforts, and to the ICU staff and doctors at Burnaby General Hospital for the compassionate care of Hermann and his family. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the MCC.
