Herbert Henry Hunter passed away peacefully on November 21, 2002 at the age of 83 years. Herb is survived by his loving wife Gerry and 3 dear children Shirley (Norm) Rowland of Maple Ridge, Dave (Sue) Hunter of Abbotsford and Nicci (George) Dundas of Chilliwack, and 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was predeceased by sister Ivy Bolten. Herb was born on February 22, 1919 in Sheffield, England. He served in HMCS during the Second World War (1940 - 1945). Herb worked in Vancouver at the Post Office (1945 - 1976). He enjoyed his retirement on his hobby farm in Bradner.
No service by request. A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 28, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the family residence.
