Henry Aaron Martens
Henry Martens passed away peacefully in Kelowna surrounded by family on July 29, 2017 at the age of 90 years. He and his late wife Helena were married for almost 60 years, and lived in Abbotsford for most of that time, moving to Kelowna in 2014. He is survived by his four children (Cindy, Brenda, Perry and Murray and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Henry will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and a deeply spiritual person. He was a kind and generous man who worked tirelessly to support his family, and was always willing to lend a hand when others need his help. A casual memorial tea will be held at 2pm at First Memorial Funeral Services, 1211 Sutherland Ave. in Kelowna on Saturday, September 30, 2017.
