Henry Klassen, Abbotsford, BC, passed from this life on August 21, 2018 after a short and difficult struggle with bone cancer. He was 87 years old.
He is survived by his wife, Beth and 6 children: Gayle (Gareth) Goossen, Gregg (Florence); Terry (Tina); Robert (Sheryl); Allan (Kelly), Sheryl. He had 10 grandchildren: Christopher, Daniel (Lisa), Carine (Mike), Heather (Chad), Ian, Riley, Jaralyn (Justin), Jason (Rachel), Logan and Aleah.
He had 4 step children: Len (Lori) Wiebe; Lyle (Maureen) Wiebe; Harold (Donna) Wiebe and Noreen (Mike) Holsapple, 7 step grandchildren: Matthew, Chelsea (Adam), Kristin (Jared), Taylor, Graham, Meghan, and Erin and 8 great grandchildren: Ashton, Ava, Gabriel, James, Olivia, Elizabeth, Amelia, Avery. Henry was predeceased by his wife, Olivine and 4 brothers, 4 sisters, 4 brothers-in-laws.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11 am at Grace Church, Abbotsford with pastor Ryan Peixoto officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Teen Challenge.
