THIESEN, Helen
Helen Thiesen of Abbotsford, BC passed away, surrounded by family, on September 29, 2009 at Abbotsford Regional Hospital. Helen was born in Herbert, SK on October 7, 1927 and married Bernard Thiesen in 1944. She was a homemaker, had a certificate in Practical Nursing, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She is survived by her husband Bernard and their six children Rita, Ben, Lorraine, Karen, Barb, and Wanda; fourteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, October 3 at 1 p.m. in the Amenity Room at 3174 Gladwin Rd, Abbotsford BC.
