Helen Follack (Kura) was born December 24, 1925 in Czechoslovakia and passed away peacefully on November 21, 2014. Helen arrived in Canada at a young age with her mother, to live in Alberta with her parents. Martin Kura, her father was a miner, who worked hard all his life. This instilled the work ethic not only in Helen, but all her children. Helen was a gentle, giving soul, who loved life most while being in the company of her family. Always an imaginative storyteller with an open ear, Helen will be greatly missed by: her brother Ed (Joan) Kura, her 4 children: Philip (Cathy), Madelane (Edward), Dianna (Michael) and Evelyn (Steven), 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Peacefully, she left with God in her heart and thoughts. She will forever be ours. A Mass was held at St. Ann's Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, November 26, 2014.
