FAST, Helen (nee Klassen)
March 12, 1921 - July 2, 2010
Helen Fast passed away July 2, 2010 in Mission, BC at the age of 89 years. She was sadly predeceased by her husband John Fast. Helen is survived by her three sons: Kenneth (Connie), Allan and Mark; her daughter Marsha (Ross) Pambrun; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was a free spirited, pioneer woman, and lived a full, happy and adventurous life. She was a great mother, poet, and she loved yodeling. She planted, loved, and nurtured her flower gardens until the end. Helen will be missed by all who knew her. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Woodlawn Mt. Cheam Funeral Home, 45865 Hocking Avenue, Chilliwack, BC; Pastor Nathan Hewitt officiating. A Graveside Service will be held in Oliver, BC, at 1:00 PM, Thursday, July 8, 2010.
