Heather Stagg, after a brave fight with cancer, passed away peacefully on August 14, 2015 with loved ones by her side. Heather was born in Richmond on May 20, 1950 and was raised by her parents Frank and Christine Short. Heather was a loving mother and grandmother, and a devoted friend to those she loved. She served God her whole life and was a constant prayer warrior. In recent years she found her home at Cascade Community Church where she served and was greatly supported by the community of believers there. Heather is survived by her children Chris, Amy and Warren, her sister Joanne, several grandchildren and countless friends. She will be missed every day. A Memorial Service will be held at Cascade Community Church at 35190 DeLair Rd in Abbotsford on Saturday August 22, at 2:30 pm. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Salvation Army, or the Langley Hospice. Bakerview Crematorium & Funeral Services
