Hagedorn, Harvey Norman - born January 10, 1928 in Paisley, ON, passed away peacefully on the morning of October 24, 2011 in Abbotsford, BC. Harvey is survived by his beloved wife, Elsie; children Allen (Lynn), Eric, Marilyn (Claude), Murray (Simone), Melody, Darrell (Bonnie), Robin (Jim) and Kim (Eric); 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters; 2 brothers; many extended family members in Saskatchewan and Ontario as well as dear friends. Harvey was an avid reader and an active member of the Kiwanis Club. He was a professional mechanic and spent sometime as a taxi cab driver. He loved his computer and had great knowledge of today's technology. Harvey will be remembered for his community involvement, his friendship, kindness and the love and dedication he had for his family. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday October 28, 2011 at Alternative Funeral and Cremation Services 3070 - 275A Street in Aldergrove. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Harvey may be made to a charity of your choice. "Forever in our Hearts".
