Hank passed into the presence of his Lord on April 30, 2007 at the age of 71 years. He is survived by his loving family, wife Lois; daugters Val (Greg) Pankratz, Janet (Randy) Loewen; son Ken (Lisa); grandchildren Charla Pankratz, Josie (Mike) Moody, Holly (Jon) Friesen, Stephanie (Jordan) Pringle, Kara (Chris) Humphries, Daena (Reuben) Van Agteren, Tanesha Loewen (Joel Vaughan), Karissa, Kylee, Shaela and Tessa Warkentin; also 5 great grandÂchildren Olivia, Isaiah, Caleb, Tobin and Talia. Hank is also survived by brothers Jake Warkentin, John Enns and sister Hilda Krauss.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 7 from 7:00 - 9:00 pm in Woodlawn Funeral Home, 2310 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 8 at 11:00 at Maclure Road Cemetery followed by a memorial service at 1:00 pm in Abbotsford Pentecostal Assembly, 3145 Gladwin Rd. Abbotsford. In lieu of flowers, donations made in his memory to the Union Gospel Mission would be appreciated.
